1. Questionable Linking Practices — This is a big no-no at Google. Linking to sites that are banned or penalized is known as linking to bad neighborhoods, and can seriously undermine your site’s online credibility. This also applies to those suspect reciprocal link programs and link networks. Be smart. Know who you are linking to and pay attention to who is linking to you.

Interesting….I reconnected with a client that asked me to work on his Ad Words account. Well while I was in his account I checked out his Local Business Center account.
